The Vault Leadership Program is a year-long professional development leadership program created for women, by women. Throughout the year, cohorts learn and practice growing in emotional intelligence. Members also learn about and practice the Six Types of Leadership Styles and how each affects an organization’s climate and impact.
We are seeking women professionals who want to live their lives with excellence outside of the two extremes of playing the victim card or the control freak. Our process is designed to maximize efficiency and effectiveness without busy-work and pointless platitudes, rooted in a solution-oriented mentality.

Over the course of the year we will be working to increase 5 EQ, or Emotional Intelligence skills. These skills are what differentiates average leaders, from great ones.
The point of our monthly leadership trainings is growth in real-time. In our trainings, we will break down their implementation and practice, and assign small amounts of homework to work on each month. In addition to the EQ skill, the training will cover either a management or professional development topic critical for leadership development.
